I’m quite funcy with cooking, so I enjoy making cutting boards, this time, I got some african mahagony offcutts from my bed, So I made two cutting boards again, one for my self, one for my mom!

This is the upgrade version of my original design:
the shape become more simple, but the bottom become more complex. I add a surrounded deep grove at the bottom to elliminate the bottom area where may soak water and cause whole cutting board warp.

I need to make a name card stand for my show case, I got a lot of ideas, but non is satisfied until I saw an 8/4 offcut in garbage can. I saved the piece, kept the shape, cut two groves on top of it and turned a tiny walnut leg, then it is there!

This small bench is made from one piece of solid wood, the design is very very old, from acient China. Now it is said that only quit a few people know how to make it, so it took me very long time to figure out the dementions and correct proportion of the moving parts.
